Listing of of Materials Reports with search on, projects or wild card search in title and keywords (only accessible from inside ESA)

Outgassing database
TML, RML and CVCM values for approx. 5000 materials. Search possibilities via wild card searches on product name, manufacturer and chemical nature.

Flammability database
Flammability data of approx. 1100 materials. Search possibilities via product name using lists

Stress Corrosion database
Metals listed per stress corrosion susceptibility. Table I: high resistance, table II: medium resistance and table III:  low resistance to stress corrosion cracking.

European Space Materials DataBase pilot.
The European Space Materials Database is an initiative from EADS, CNES and ESA.  The content and the structure is controlled by the members of the board which consists of EADS, CNES, DLR and ESA.

Bimetallic database
Four different levels are distinguished. These levels are related to the condition under which the bimetallic combination is used.

PCB Qualification status
The qualification of pcb's are performed according to ECSS-Q-ST-70-10C. The procurement of these pcb's is according to ECSS-Q-ST-70-11C

ESA SMD Assembly status
The verification of the assembly of SMD's is performed according ECSS-Q-ST-70-38C

Skills Training Courses
Courses following the ECSS process specifications and ESA STR-258 will be held at ZVE, IFE, Highbury College, the Italian Institute of Welding, Hytek in Denmark and Institut de Soudure in France
